We are happy to announce that we are embarking on the next chapter of our business journey with you, fulfilling a promise we made on June 1, 2020. As advised back then, through an agreement with Scotiabank, we have been operating with the same products, services and system to which you were accustomed. Now, we have begun our conversion to Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s (“RFHL”) suite of technology platforms.
The implementation of the RFHL banking platform has commenced and is following a phased approach, starting with our Republic Bank (EC) Limited (“RBEC”) operations. The conversion is scheduled to take place in Republic Bank (BVI) Limited on April 1, 2022.
This change will be reflected across various products and services, including:
• Credit and Debit Card portfolios (including the ScotiaLine product)
• ATM Services
• Point of Sale Services
• Mobile and Internet Banking
• In-Branch Services
• Statements and Notices
